h96elv Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h96elv ("h96elv", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the h96elv website at https://h96elv.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the h96elv platform and, if you have already created an account, contact support at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the h96elv Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and h96elv. Where any inconsistency exists between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

h96elv is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the h96elv service. This requirement is not a formality — it is an enforceable condition of access that h96elv takes seriously. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions at all times during your use of h96elv:

• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of h96elv, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using any automated system, bot, script or software tool to access or interact with the platform in ways not expressly permitted by h96elv.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or using the platform in contravention of a self-exclusion order that you have previously requested.

h96elv reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification. This process protects both the integrity of the platform and the player's own account security.

To access the full range of h96elv services — including deposits, betting, casino games and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

Each person may register and maintain only one account on h96elv. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. h96elv employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h96elv reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals without prior notice.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before processing a player's first withdrawal, and at any time h96elv deems necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes, we may require the following documentation:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the account holder name).

KYC documents must be submitted in English or with an accurate English translation. h96elv aims to complete KYC reviews within 3 business days of receiving all required documentation. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested, in order to avoid delays.

All financial transactions on h96elv are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). h96elv does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players bear no currency conversion risk or foreign exchange charges when transacting on h96elv, provided they use a BDT-denominated payment method.

Accepted Payment Methods. h96elv currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the withdrawal request. h96elv reserves the right to modify deposit and withdrawal limits at any time, with changes communicated to affected players via the registered email address.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the account. Once KYC is verified, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. h96elv does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Payment Method Consistency. To protect against money laundering and fraudulent activity, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposits. h96elv may, at its discretion, request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for deposits on the account.

h96elv is not a financial institution and your h96elv account balance does not earn interest. Funds held in your h96elv account are for gaming purposes only and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Players are advised to withdraw funds promptly rather than maintaining large idle balances on the platform.

h96elv offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cricket-season promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and major ICC tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Where any conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions for each promotion are set out in the individual offer terms. Players should review these requirements carefully before accepting any bonus.

The following general rules apply to all h96elv bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address and per device.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting markets specified in the offer terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on a bonus, h96elv reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings generated from that bonus prior to processing the withdrawal.
• h96elv reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable notice and their accrued progress honoured where practicable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.

h96elv reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds, void winnings and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

By using h96elv, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. h96elv maintains the right to monitor platform activity and to take action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referral — where a player's conduct violates these obligations.

You agree that you will:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information at registration and keep that information current.
• Use h96elv for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• Fund your account using only payment methods registered in your own name and sourced from lawful funds.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.
• Notify h96elv immediately if you become aware of any technical fault, error or malfunction that may be producing incorrect odds, game outcomes or balance calculations.
• Cooperate with KYC and anti-money laundering verification requests promptly and honestly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h96elv:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses or evading a self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any form of scripted interaction to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit game logic.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, display faults or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of collusion with other players, game providers or sports participants.
• Attempting to launder funds through the h96elv platform, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing h96elv staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your h96elv account, login credentials or account balance to any third party.

All content on the h96elv platform — including but not limited to the h96elv brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and all other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of h96elv or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h96elv platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape or systematically extract any content from the h96elv platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any h96elv content or software.
• Use the h96elv brand name, logo or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any product, service or communication without express prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any h96elv page on another website or platform.

Game content made available through h96elv — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe and other providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or provider. h96elv is a licensed operator of these games and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of h96elv intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability. If you believe that your own intellectual property has been used on the h96elv platform without authorisation, please contact [email protected] with details of the claimed infringement.

h96elv provides the platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we invest significantly in platform stability, security and game integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patching, third-party service outages and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h96elv shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the h96elv platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, even if h96elv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, scores or market information, which may be subject to delay or error.
• Losses caused by events outside h96elv's reasonable control, including failures of bKash, Nagad, Rocket or other third-party payment infrastructure; telecommunications failures; regulatory actions; natural disasters; or civil unrest.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from a player's own prohibited conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, h96elv's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude h96elv's liability for death or personal injury caused by h96elv's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. h96elv reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published at https://h96elv.net/terms-conditions at the time of any dispute shall be the governing version, subject to any transitional provisions communicated to players at the time of an update.
